Journey
in a Nutshell
We left Timmons about 7:30 A.M. getting in over 100 miles by 11:00
A.M. the trails were the best maintained, that anyone had ever seen.
We traveled another 120 miles by 4:30 P.M. We made over 220 miles in 7
hours of riding , not including stopping for lunch and a blown
engine on John's snowmobile. We had to tow him the last 10 miles to
the motel.... Fortunately for us, there was a Skidoo shop just down the
street from the motel... We got the sled over to them at 5:00 and they
totally rebuilt the engine by 7:00 P.M. Great job, by the crew at B&B
Auto Sports and Marine Inc. in Hearst , Ont. Thanks again Dan!!!!

Pete is still trying to get the hang of this snowmobile thing...Living in Texas he has forgot how to judge the depth of the snow.... Here he is stuck in a snow bank... He had to give up the camera, before anyone would help.... Pete also invented a new move, called the "Bucked in drift, by a Bull" it was performed on John twice today... by the way John you might want to leave your gloves on while standing around, cause snowdrifts is cooold on the hands... this move is way cooler then the wimpy Michigan "snow douche" |
