The end is here!
Well we made it... Everyone safe, no breakdowns, no injuries,
just a few bruises. We passed
about 100 million trees, went around 15,000 curves, went over 750 bridges,
sipped 120 bowls of soup,
devoured 75 pieces of pie and raised over $7,000 for our charities...
not bad for the last 11 days.
Journey
in a Nutshell
We got underway at 7:15 A.M. this morning with temps around 25 degrees.
We left Elliott Lake and traveled south and then west toward Searchmont,
Ontario, stopping for lunch and gas at the Village Inn in Iron Bridge,
Ontario, for meat pie, turkey noodle soup and banana cream pie. The second
half of the day was spend winding in and around mountains, with sheer rock
cliffs. We all made it safely back to our trailers, which we had
parked over 10 days ago. We will be heading back to Caro in the morning.

We crossed over 750 bridges built specifically for snowmobiles, They were not all this nice or sturdy... | |
|
What a beautiful view... the mountains in the background,
the old barn, the big fluffy clouds and all that snow.....
